How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery using any one of the methods below:

Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • It must be in its original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

❌ Wrong Items, used, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Minor color variations (up to 10%) may occur due to screen/monitor differences and will not be considered a valid reason for return.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes a quality check at our warehouse.

Return Shipping Charges

  • A ₹90/- (inclusive of GST) per product return fee will be deducted from the refund amount, irrespective of the reason for return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Pickup Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • After the product is received and approved by our quality team, the refund will be initiated.

  • The complete process may take 7–15 working days.

📦 If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to courier the product to us within 7 days of delivery.

No Return / Exchange on Sale Items

Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI payments will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless product damage is verified by KurtiMaster.
